It’s a foldable house!
Nowadays, it is entirely possible to have a mobile home that you can be taken out for extended road trips. There are recreational vehicles and mobile homes that are efficient enough to become a miniature version of your home. In spite of all the features and conveniences provided by these portable homes, they are almost certainly boring to look at, aren’t they?

In order to help these people, Michael Jantzen designed a beautiful vacation home that can be carried with you wherever you go. When not in use, the home can be stored safely in a garage. Based in California, the house designed by Michael is a completely unique structure. It has been made with modern fabric and features fold out structures that resemble an accordion. The house also comes with its solar panels, sewage tank, framing and furniture. All of them can be folded into hard cases for protection during storage and transit.
This vacation home is still in the concept phase and yet to be translated into reality. According to Jantzen, he got the idea for the house when he was looking at random technological advancements. Tents can now be built in a bigger size than before. In fact, tents can now be used for housing if built correctly.

One of the biggest issues with this conceptual vacation home is vandalism. As the house is made of fabric, it can get destroyed pretty easily. However, the concept also ensures that most of the vulnerable parts of the home can be stored safely when not in use. The home can be built from a wide variety of modern fabrics and materials.

The design of the home allows the use of fabric which can be folded out to become the walls and ceilings. The containers for these fabrics can become a part of the hard walls or floors. With this cool home in tow there will certainly be no more pesky complaints about road trips.
