Engineers: Some of the smartest people in the world, a combination of confusing personalities and free spirits, creative and devious, dare devils and fun to be with.
In behalf of all the engineers, I am here to tell you that every group of friends needs an engineer or an engineer-at-heart in their group and here’s why:
Engineers can handle pressure
Source: Surviving College
Engineers have gone through a lot of pressure at school and at work, and they know they can’t just break down. So if you have any problems, engineers are easy to approach and they’ll listen to you and help you get through that stress situation you’re in. They can even give you some tips on how to handle pressure.
Engineers absorb information like a sponge
Everyone loves a great listener, and engineers are definitely good listeners. Sometimes, they may LOOK like they aren’t listening but believe me, they are. Engineers are trained to find even the most intricate detail in everything. They can remember special dates, stories you’ve told, and old experiences you had together.
Engineers are dedicated
Yes, they are actually one of the most dedicated people in all humankind. They usually put their hearts into a project until they get what is considered perfect for them. This is the same with their relationships as well, they tend to stick to healthy friendships, and serious partnerships. Quality over quantity.
Engineers are creative
Many say that engineers are math nerds. Well, not completely, they’re actually more creative than math-nerdy. They try to come up with solutions for seemingly impossible problems on a daily basis. Being with them will assure you that you will never be bored.
Engineers have the ability to think logically, think ahead, and make a plan
Having an engineer in your group of friends means you always have a plan. Regardless it’s for the weekend, your next trip, your meals, etc. Don’t worry, they’re spontaneous too… and they have a plan for that as well.
