Dr. Jyothi Gupta is Architect & Senior Manager in Synergy Property Development Services Pvt Ltd. Prior to Synergy; Jyothi worked in Larsen and Toubro (L&T). With an enriching experience of over a decade in Infrastructure and construction industry, she delivered projects successfully for clients in diversified verticals and started her career in an architectural firm.
On the public front, Jyothi lectures, presents papers, conducts seminars and workshops regularly at international forums and presented a paper on ‘Make in India igniting the Manufacturing Sectors in India’ held at House of Common, Parliament at London, UK. She is a member of Board of Studies from Christ University School of Architecture and a member of Steering Committee at British South India Council of Commerce.
Jyothi did her B.Arch from BMS College of Engineering; M.Arch from University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE) and PhD from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum in “Evaluation of Architectural Design by Construction and Project Management Methodology- a Performance Based Study

“The devil lies in the detail. I believe in doing micro-level planning before digging earth. You have to ensure that schedules don’t slide even for a day to avoid cost overruns,” says the chairman and managing director of Synergy Property Development Services Mr. Sankey Prasad.
