About the Leader
Dr. Ahmed Abdelhady is a Senior Supply Chain Director for the Group, with 20 years of hands-on experience in managing, directing and controlling end-to-end supply chains in large-scale organizations operating in diversified industries.
Prior to joining Fawaz Group, Dr. Ahmed held the Supply Chain Director Position in various companies in the MENA region, including Ragab Sons, AlKharafi Egypt and Olympic Group. He has specialised expertise in driving the business success through building and running state-of-the-art planning, procurement, logistics, warehouses and distribution systems on strategic, tactical and operational levels.
Dr. Ahmed earned his B.Sc. in Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in the USA, and has an MBA from AAST Graduate Business School. He holds a Doctoral degree in Supply Chain Management from Ain Shams University (Egypt). He is a certified Supply Chain Professional, and affiliated with APICS USA and AUC Egypt. He is a Supply Chain Consultant and Trainer.
