Luay Ayyash General Manager of Khansaheb Industries LLC, A wealth of national and regional experience in managing MEP constructions firms in the GCC region and Middle East for around 20 years, shortlisted as Construction Executive of the Year for the Construction Week Awards 2017.
Ayyash, a well-qualified and highly experienced motivated mechanical engineer and business leader, has successfully spearheaded the entry of a highly innovative and disruptive technology into the UAE and GCC markets, Manufacturing and developing Spiralite insulated energy saving HVAC Ductwork a pioneer green building product.
Apart from his strong managerial and team building skills, Ayyash has a strong academic credentials, including a Master’s of Science in Construction Management. In July 2017 presented a research paper to the American University of Dubai entitled “Evaluating the Effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on MEP Construction Productivity in Dubai”. The underlying research was based on a case study in Dubai with quantitative analysis and the paper has made a valuable contribution to the knowledge based around total quality management and productivity.

It can therefore play a role in optimizing performance standards under the Estidama/Pearl, BREEAM, LEED and Green Star programs and in compliance with the Dubai Municipality Green Building Regulations.
