About PERI Formwork

PERI formwork started its activities in the Philippines with a representative office in 2012 and has since then grown to a full subsidiary named PERI Asia Philippines Inc., which was founded on September 18, 2014.

Our main office in Alabang, Muntinlupa City and our branch office in Mandaue City, Cebu are the base for 103 employees (status November 2018). Combined with stockyards of 16,000 sqm in Carmona and 5,000 sqm in Cebu, which are housing almost 3 Billion Pesos of equipment, guarantee the availability of a wide range of products at short notice and flexible deliveries tailored to your own site requirements. In order to serve you better in the Mindanao we are planning an expansion to Davao (possibly end of 2018).

PERI Asia Philippines has adapted its product portfolio to suit the local construction methods and budgets supporting a large number of projects such as buildings (from low-rise to high-rise), infrastructure, malls and power plants all over the Philippines.

We’ve witnessed an incredible construction boom and a country changing its shape. PERI is proudly contributing to this development through our value-engineered formwork solutions, both in terms of our advanced technology and cost savings.

Since 2015 PERI formwork technologies have supported some of the most high-profile and ambitious construction projects such as the Skyway 3 Extension in NCR, West Super Block in BGC, CITP and 38 Park Avenue in Cebu, Bacolod Mall, Panglao International Airport and The Palladium in Iloilo City.

From 2016 onwards the PERI UP scaffolding started to contribute its wide range of industrial applications in projects such as the Teresa Cement Plant in Rizal, Wrigley Factory in Antipolo, Masinloc Power Plant and Maibarara Geothermal Power Plant in Batangas.

As a world-wide company founded by Arthur Schwoerer in 1969, it has been our maxim to be a partner, not just a supplier, for every client project we work on. We make your requirements our business, regardless of project size or nature.

Made in Germany and Made by PERI are both guarantees for benchmark products and excellent engineering in formwork and scaffolding.

At the same time, we never rest on our laurels. Constant improvement and innovation are the key ingredients that make PERI technologies uniquely efficient and give you the decisive advantage in stiff competition.
