Biju Balakrishnan Soumini
Biju Balakrishnan Soumini, hailing from Kerala, India, at present the Managing Director of Decagon Scaffolding & Engineering Co. LLC., is a dynamic person with tons of positive energy.
Holding a Bachelor of Technology Engineering (Btech) from Mechanical Engineering Bangalore University, India. He began his Middle East career with a humble beginning as Production
Manager at 3 Star Metal Industries, Dubai, UAE for the period 1996-2006.
His passion for Construction Industry combined with the dedication & hard work lead the startup of his own Business venture in 2006, Al Naseeha Building Materials Trading Co. L.L.C. Later in 2012, Biju diversified his business into Scaffolding Contracting and Engineering witnessing the birth of Decagon Scaffolding & Engineering Co. LLC., a dynamic professional company, offering quality products, engineering support & services in Scaffolding Access Systems undertaking all Scaffolding contract works, rental, installation and Inspection, Steel fabrication, as well as Erection pipelines jobs for oil and Gas sector.
During his 12-year tenure, Biju dominated strategic planning aiming to provide the best Client Service with a professional & economical touch. Together with this, he committed in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all workers including contractors, clients, visitors and members of the public. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling and jogging.
Marco Geneloni
Born in Milan, Italy, Marco Geneloni started his career path attending Carlo Cattaneo Institute of Engineering, which allowed him to gain a position of Draftsman at C.I.C a renowned engineering firm in Milan.
After three years he found inspiration and passion for the formwork field and he joined Ulma as a Formwork Design Engineer and then stayed in the company for the next eleven years succeeding to Area Manager position and achieving several important projects in Italy and Switzerland.
In 2015 Marco moved to fast growing Dubai to share his experience and challenge himself in different technical and working environment. After a year in RMD Kwikform as a Formwork Sales Engineer, now Marco is holding a position of Area Sales Manager in the most important company worldwide of access scaffolding, Layher.
