About the Leader

Mr. Motaz Al Ma’ani is passionate, result driven and has more than 22 years of experience in the telecom, information technology and energy infrastructure industries.

Mr. Ma’ani began his career in 1996 as a Quality Engineer in Jordan and joined Delta Electronics in 2009 as head of Telecom Power Solutions in Middle East & Africa Region. He holds a record of strategic leadership spanning innovative, industry-leading solution offerings, profit-driven business development and customer success models with ground-breaking impact to account retention and revenue growth. Mr. Ma’ani has increased business revenue over 200% in MEA region in 2016. The same year, he was promoted as “Senior Director & General Manager” in Middle East & Africa, Delta Electronics EMEA Region.

Upon promotion to Senior Director & General Manager, Mr. Ma’ani carried out with great success the integration of multiple teams across different business units to provide the highest accountability for customer relationships and to provide new business solutions in the MEA region.
