Air Purifier
Air pollution is one of the world’s greatest environmental problems today. That’s why Dutch artist Daan Roosegaarde was inspired to create the world’s biggest renewable air purifier, and he is taking it on tour in China starting with its capital, Beijing.
This gigantic air purifier is a 23-foot tower that takes in polluted air and releases clean air. What’s more amazing about this air-purifier is that it takes the dust and turns them into jewels!
This whole process is part of his Smog Free Project.Roosegaarde designed renewable Smog Free Rings, Smog Free Cubes and Smog Free Cufflinks of compressed smog particles.
“By sharing Smog Free Jewellery, you donate 1000m3 of clean air to the city,” Roosegaarde said in the video. This is by far, one of the best renewable solution every invented.

He has created a 23-foot (7 m) tower that takes in dirty air and releases air with the tiny dust particles removed. Oh, and by the way, it takes that dust and turns it into jewels. The whole process is part of Roosegaarde’s Smog Free Project.

The Smog Free Tower, as it was dubbed, consists of 45 silver plates that houses a huge internal air purifier. It works by releasing positive ions into the air, which sticks onto dust particles– PM2.5 and PM10.
The Negative ions will then attract the positive ions back to into the purifier along with the particles. It will then trap the dust and release the air back into the atmosphere 75% cleaner.
