Reinhard J. Chan is the Technical Sales Manager of Nupon Technology Phils. Corp. who handle the sales and service support of Equipment and Engineering products of the company for more than six (6) years.
He is a graduate of BSIT from University of Makati as Scholar under Ayala Foundation Scholarship Organization and BS-Industrial Engineering from University of Batangas. He is an enlisted personnel as Reservist of the AFP with rank of Technical Sergeant.
He has more than 12 years of solid semiconductor manufacturing experience from Amkor Technology Phils., International Rectifier in Tijuana, Mexico and PSi Technologies. With 11 years of experience in sales, service, application & marketing from different trading companies that are mostly from Singapore.
He is an information technology professional with experience in semiconductor FOL to EOL assembly and TEST related equipment, operation and process engineering. Preventive maintenance proficient in the field of semiconductor front of line equipment who has expertise on dicing saw machines with background in die attach, wire bond and wafer back grinding.
He has experience on mechanical, electrical, electro-pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, fabrication and automation process, statistical tools, TPM, ISO certification, safety, technical writing, leadership and managerial skills.
