Exclusive interview with Stefano Giunteri, Sales Director, Pepperl+Fuchs. Stefano talks about the company’s history, product innovations and their global network during the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2017).

 

About the Leader

Stefano Giunteri, an Italian executive has over 20 years of marketing and business development experience in the field of industrial automation.

His first professional experience in the process automation market was in the company Foxboro (now part of the Schneider Electric group) as internal sales engineer for the instrumentation branch.

In 2002, he joined the great family of Pepperl+Fuchs, initially as Area Sales Manager in Italy for the Factory Automation Division, and since 2005, Stefano, moved to Process Automation Division experience supporting some Areas in East and South Europe

In 2008, in addition to sales activities, Stefano joined a task force devoted to support the sales force of the company in pursuing international projects and moreover was assigned responsibility for some major key accounts on EMEA basis.

In 2014, Stefano was named Sales Director for Eastern Europe. In his new role, support the Pepperl+Fuchs Sales force in different countries, and achieved great result despite a critical economic environment.

In summer 2017, the new challenge for Stefano is announced, starting next January, he will be the sales director of the Middle East and East Mediterranean area for the process automation department of Pepperl+Fuchs.
